Job description
This is an assistant position for a project supporting Japanese companies that hire and develop highly skilled foreign professionals. You will be responsible for the following tasks: (1) Support for client companies: 1. Information gathering, conducting interviews, and preparing screening documents related to the necessity of support. 2. Support and management of activities for specialist consultants engaged in company support. (2) External expert-related: 1. Ordering consultation services, progress management, and activity support. 2. Assisting in planning and operating seminars and training sessions utilizing external experts. (3) Assisting in planning and operating domestic and overseas business (seminars, event planning, university liaison desks, mission dispatch/invitation, research, etc.) for Global South and other overseas markets. (4) Assisting with information dissemination (media relations, website/SNS management, etc.). (5) Budget management, data analysis including client information, document creation, document management, preparation of approval requests and reports, travel arrangements, etc. Please refer to the recruitment guidelines for details. Required experience, knowledge, skills, etc.: Must have work experience related to personnel affairs/human resource utilization or general knowledge of immigration control is preferred. Knowledge of management issues in medium-sized/small and medium-sized enterprises or startups is preferred.
License/Qualification: TOEIC (600 points or above) — preferred if available
