Job description
This is an important job that protects people's lives and daily routines and supports safety at job sites. You will ensure the safety of people and vehicles at facilities, construction sites, roads, parking lots, etc., and prevent accidents and trouble before they occur. Have you ever seen a smartly uniformed security officer guiding people and vehicles? Work sites are often outdoors, and working conditions can be harsh due to seasonal factors such as hot summers and cold winters. However, the company provides items such as heat-stroke prevention goods and cold-weather gear at company expense, reducing physical stress to a minimum. In addition, depending on the site, there may be nighttime security work, so by coordinating day shifts and shift schedules, a satisfying income can also be expected. Regarding holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are basically days off, but since work follows a shift system, flexible responses to preferred days off are also possible.

About the company
Founded in February 2005, the company specializes in traffic and construction site security. With a current workforce of 45 employees, we operate branches in Kurume and Fukuoka, contributing to the creation of a safe and secure community through traffic direction and crowd control services.
We operate throughout the Chikugo region and into Fukuoka City. We have many experienced instructors, so even those without experience can work safely. We have comprehensive certification programs such as Grade 2 qualifications, allowing for career advancement.

- 警備エリアは福岡市、小郡市が中心です。
- 通常は当社詰所に出勤していただき、その後現場へ向かっていた だきますが、移動距離等考慮して現場直行直帰も多々あります。
- 休憩時間は基本１時間です。
- 入社時研修と将来のキャリアアップ
- 入社時には、法定研修として２０時間（３日間）受講します。
- 更に、実践研修として最低１ヶ月間は先輩とペアを組み、様々な ケースの対処方法を実践で学び、３ヶ月後には独り立ちです。
- 独り立ちした後は在籍期間に拘わらず、資格試験にチャレンジで きます。（費用当社負担）

- 現在、警備員は２０代～７０代、経験年数１年～２０年以上の ４０名が従事しており、ほとんどの方が未経験からのスタートです
