About the company
Operating a chain of food & drug stores, selling daily necessities such as medicines, health foods, baby products, daily goods, nursing care products, and food at low prices. Stores are currently expanding in the Chubu area of Fukui, Ishikawa, Gifu, and Aichi.
With the concept of "a store where you can save on living expenses nearby," we aim to achieve prices at 1/3 of standard, building a system that can sell products as cheaply as possible—even by 1 yen—and working toward becoming a chain store that contributes to society.
At Genky, we have employees working with us ranging from high school students to a wide range of age groups. Applications from foreign nationals are also welcome. All of our current employees started without experience. Housewives/househusbands, seniors, students, and part-timers are all very welcome.
Each department operates as a team of multiple members, so we have a system where we can cover for each other when someone needs to take time off due to a child's fever or illness. You do not need to find your own replacement — simply calling the center is all that is required.
On your first day, a staff member will guide you carefully from how to use the lockers onward. For approximately 1 month until you can work independently, you will work alongside an experienced partner. Since you start with someone nearby to ask questions, even those without experience can feel at ease.
