Job description
業務内容：技人国や特定技能採用を中心に、 外国人人材サービスにおける法人営業、事業推進 ・運輸業、物流業を中心とした新規法人開拓 ・人手不足課題を踏まえた、外国人人材活用の提案 ・見積作成、価格交渉、契約締結までの一連の営業活動 ・人数・単価・支援コストを踏まえた収支構造の把握 ・既存案件を通じた、収益性・業務フローの改善提案 ・外国人スタッフのフォロー担当メンバーとの役割分担 ・必要に応じた送り出し機関・通訳メンバーとの調整 変更範囲：会社の定める業務 制度理解は入社後キャッチアップで問題ありません。
