Check-in and check-out assistance. Responding to phone and email inquiries, reservation handling. Data input in the front system. Confirming room cleaning status. Sales management and staff training, etc. Note: This is customer service work. Foreign national applicants are limited to those who have obtained a Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above. Scope of change: Changes in company-defined duties.

Training content: Onboarding training (beginning of joining month), Operations training (approximately 2 weeks after joining), Follow-up training (approximately 6 months after joining), Leadership development training, Promotion training
