Training system is available to non-regular employees. Training content: For the first month after joining, practical training is conducted under senior staff. In new employee training, company philosophy, basic knowledge of nursing care, and service etiquette are taught. Online new hire training is also provided. We have a training system for those without experience, those with limited experience, and those with gaps in employment.
Salary increase (once a year in April). Bonus (twice a year, July and December). Transportation allowance provided, monthly limit 20,000 yen. Support for acquiring various qualifications. Staff social gathering subsidies (10 people or more participants). Subsidies for in-house clubs. Uniform provision. Health checkups (once a year, twice a year for night shift workers).
