Due to business expansion, we are seeking staff to handle customer service for our Vietnamese clients. In addition to customer support for status of residence (visa) applications, translation/interpretation, and assistance with document creation, you will also be involved in customer acquisition and marketing utilizing social media. Application requirements are native-level Vietnamese and the ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese. We welcome those interested in social media management and information dissemination. This is an international workplace where many foreign staff are actively engaged. Visa sponsorship is available. Scope of change: Duties as determined by the company.

Duties include supporting foreign nationals with applications for status of residence. The workplace has Japanese and Nepali staff, and can handle multiple languages.
As a bridge connecting foreign talent and Japanese companies, we develop businesses in foreign talent support, immigration application agent support, daily life support, and corporate consulting. Due to business expansion, we are looking for new colleagues who can utilize Vietnamese to play an active role. You will support the daily lives and career development of many foreigners in Japan by responding to Vietnamese customers and disseminating information using SNS. Many foreign national staff members are also employed within the company, allowing you to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment. The company will provide necessary computers and mobile phones, and a support system for status of residence is in place. Due to business expansion, we are recruiting to strengthen our customer support system in Vietnamese. Applicants should have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to or higher than JLPT N2 and native-level Vietnamese language skills. Primary duties include: foreign customer support, translation/interpretation, assistance with status of residence applications, and information dissemination and marketing utilizing SNS. We are seeking individuals who are comfortable with SNS operation and marketing tasks. Salary will be determined based on experience, abilities, qualifications, etc. The probation period is 3 months. There is a support system for acquiring, changing, or renewing status of residence (Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services, etc.).
