Job description
We are looking for people who want to contribute to the region and work on projects that will be remembered on maps. We perform civil engineering work such as roads, rivers, and bridges, mainly public works, within Shiga Prefecture. As a site supervisor, you will manage the following to ensure that construction is carried out safely and according to plan. ・Surveying: Determine the position of structures, etc. We also conduct drone surveys. ・Scheduling: Coordinate internally and externally to ensure that construction is completed within deadlines. ・Quality: Manage the quality of structures and other manufactured items. ・Safety: Arrange safety equipment, conduct training, etc. to prevent accidents. ・Cost: Confirm quantities from invoices, etc. and manage expenses. For the first 1-3 years, you will be trained carefully as a supervisor's assistant.
