About the company
Operating the licensed nursery "Mammy Club Kosugi" from April 2019 (Heisei 31). Operating the licensed nursery "Maruko Nursery" (opened April 2008 / Heisei 20). Operating the Kawasaki Certified Nursery "Soleil Kodomo no Ie" (opened April 2017 / Heisei 29).
As a nursery where children can be left with peace of mind, we provide fully equipped facilities and age-appropriate intellectual education. We focus on Montessori educational toys. Meals are centered on pesticide-free food. We have adopted a multiple-teacher system and maintain a cheerful and bright atmosphere.

☆Certified childcare workers receive housing allowance (when Kawasaki City's rented company housing system applies).
- Paid leave utilization rate: 100%. Consideration is also given to those raising children.
- Positions where work and childcare are easy to balance #Mothers *The bonus in the first year will be 1 to 3 months.
- Comprehensive training system available. Training to improve culture such as dance, chorus (voice training), English conversation with foreign instructors, green tea ceremony, as well as specialized training in childcare and office administration.
- When you join the childcare floor, you will work alongside a childcare worker, so you can consult and confirm as you go, giving you peace of mind.
- Event preparations, wall decorations, etc. are completed within working hours.
