Job description
You will be entrusted with overall store management and operations at our directly managed stores. ・P&L management, inventory, and ordering ・Staff recruitment, training, and shift management ・On-site work support such as customer service and cooking ・Service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, coordination with headquarters, etc.
- Work is mainly centered on tasks where you can make use of your store manager experience. ※There is some simple cooking assistance, but specialized cooking skills are not required. Operations are increasingly digitized, creating an easy-to-work environment; there are also many foreign national staff, making it a global workplace. In the future, career advancement to General Manager or management positions is also possible. Our training programs are well-developed, and we will fully support your growth.
