Traffic guidance security work. Signing bonus: Maximum 200,000 yen. Full support system: All transportation fees covered. Motorcycle provided. Air-conditioned work clothes and winter vests provided. Dormitory available with immediate move-in (for those working 3 days or more per week). Main work involves guiding vehicle traffic and greeting pedestrians. Location is easily accessible from the station. Wide age range active. Age of oldest worker is 86 years old. 90 percent have no experience. Supervisors and experienced staff provide thorough training. Daily and advance payment options available. Address concerns and worries as a team. Discuss work concerns, commute routes, smartphone questions, etc. Change range: No change (Contract work).

Training program details: For those new to security work - three-day new employee training. For those with traffic control experience - two-day training (additional rules apply for experienced workers; feel free to inquire). Both options include guidance from instructors. Please be assured.
Entry bonus: Up to 200,000 yen. Daily wage system available. All qualification acquisition costs covered. Foreign nationals welcome (conversational Japanese required). Senior workers welcome - even 85+ welcome! Transportation fully covered. Separate transportation allowance for car commuters. Work uniforms provided and replaced.
