We oversee operations related to the employment environment and equality, labor standards, employment security administration, and vocational ability development administration, and while coordinating among the relevant departments, we provide appropriate services in response to the public's needs regarding labor administration.

・Salary increases are implemented on April 1st of the following year if re-employed in the same official position after the term of office expires, according to regulations (none if the salary amount is at the maximum). ・Bonuses are paid to those registered on June 1st and December 1st, taking into consideration working hours, work performance, etc. ・Work exceeding scheduled hours is not generally permitted, but may occur depending on the situation with counter and telephone services.
