- 店長経験を活かせる業務が中心です。デジタル化が進み、働きや すい環境を整備、外国籍スタッフも多く、グローバルな職場です。 ・ＰＬ管理、在庫・発注 ・スタッフの採用・教育・シフト管理 ・接客・調理などの現場業務フォロー ・お客様満足度向上のためのサービス改善、本部との連携など
- 簡単な調理補助がありますが、専門的な調理スキルは不要です。 将来的にはゼネラルマネージャーや管理職へのキャリアアップも可 能。研修制度も充実しており、成長を全力でバックアップします。

- In the case of mid-career hiring, the salary system of the previous job will be considered, and it will be determined by mutual consultation.

- Specified Skilled Worker training is conducted at Kansai International Airport store for approximately 3 months, after which the assigned store is determined.
