◇Debt Management: Guidance on payments to residents
There are various reasons why rent payments may be delayed, such as illness, job changes, or family circumstances.
You will carefully inquire about the situation by phone and in person, and provide consultations and guidance toward normalization.
◇Corporate Sales: Product guidance to real estate management companies and rental brokerage companies
You will listen to the daily concerns and needs of companies with whom you already have business relationships, and provide optimal proposals and after-sales follow-up.
*Other duties incidental to the International Department.
