Job description
In addition to sales management, you will be involved in management such as staff training, room temperature control, and hygiene management. As a fresh fish expert, discerning inventory and popular items to determine purchasing is also a showcase of your skills. Initially, you will learn simple technical aspects such as the names of fresh fish, how to prepare them, and how to pack them, and will gradually be entrusted with store operations. The selection of products, as well as pricing, is left to each store. For example, "Big Sale! Featured prominently in flyers" or "Changing to attractive packaging."
