We are responsible for the lines of Odakyu Electric Railway, Tokyu Electric Railway, and Keio Electric Railway, performing maintenance work such as inspection, repair, and replacement of tracks. A track worker is a specialist who maintains, adjusts, and preserves the rails necessary for trains to run safely — it is a job that protects the railways. It is socially meaningful work that is relatively unaffected by economic conditions and has high future prospects. Tasks include replacing rails and sleepers, repairing track beds, and maintaining switches. Night work is the main schedule, but since the work is done as a team, inexperienced individuals can feel at ease. There is also a qualification acquisition support program, allowing you to develop skills while working. As you gain experience, you can acquire a trade and work stably for a long time.
