Business Reform / Generative AI Solution Design

Identify essential business challenges in the As-Is state, design To-Be solutions with an eye toward the AGI/ASI era, and support change management through the client's business departments. Organize client challenges and formulate response policies in collaboration with Sales, Technical Deployment Leads, and FDEs. Build relationships with the client's business departments, provide ongoing support, and assist with change management towards AI/Crystal Ready. For business requirements definition of use cases, identify essential challenges in As-Is operations, design solutions that evaluate the applicability of generative AI, and design the To-Be state for overall business optimization. Additionally, for PoC planning and effect verification, be responsible for clarifying verification objectives and methods, and estimating the impact from As-Is to To-Be.
