License/Qualification:
Traffic Control Security Work Certification Level 2 — Preferred if held
Ordinary automobile driver's license — Preferred if held (AT transmission only acceptable)

We aim to be a security company that is kind to the elderly.
Our training system is also substantial, and beginners are welcome.
Our company is unusual for a security company primarily engaged in Type 2 Guarding in that we utilize not only phone calls but also email, LINE, and our security system for attendance management.
Even when you are unsure of the route to a site you are visiting for the first time, we share maps via LINE or email and strive to ensure you do not get lost.
We understand that those with no prior experience may also have concerns, but during the classroom portion of our new employee training, we provide education while showing videos of our staff actually performing guidance.
Following this, we conduct more practical training by having trainees practice guidance by actually moving vehicles, applying what they have learned from the videos.
An experienced employee always accompanies new recruits to their first site to provide practical instruction.
We meticulously reflect each team member's requested days off, allowing you to work in a manageable environment.
We have a wide range of age groups, so even those concerned about interpersonal relationships will find peers of the same generation and like-minded friends.

- 車・バイク通勤の方は本人申告の通勤距離に応じて１ｋｍあたり ２０円の交通費を支給。
- 電車・バス通勤の方は本人申告の交通費を全額支給。
- 約３日間の研修中の交通費については自己負担。
- 賞与は稼働日数に応じて寸志有。
- 賃金支払日は、希望者には週払いも可能。
- 交通誘導２級等の資格取得のための講習会費用は会社で負担。
- 正社員への登用制度有り
