Job description
We are seeking a Sales Administrative Staff member for a food trading company (focusing on Chinese ingredients).
* Inputting order/reception data and master information into the sales system, processing slips, issuing invoices, and confirming ledgers.
* Responding to phone calls and visitors, creating and filing documents.
* Supporting sales and delivery drivers.
* Communicating by phone with suppliers and business partners.
* Simple data analysis, etc.
Experience in the food industry (wholesale, trading companies, manufacturers, etc.) is welcome. Basic skills such as inputting and summarizing data in Excel are beneficial for quick success, but even those without experience can succeed depending on their motivation. This is a growth phase for the company, offering many opportunities to broaden the scope of your work.
