Job description
This is wire harness routing design for AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) traveling inside the factory. Because there are many moving parts, highly reliable wiring design is required.
· Optimal cable routing inside the airframe using 3D CAD
· Selection of cable materials considering flexibility, abrasion resistance, and oil resistance
· Noise countermeasures (shield design) to prevent interference between high-current lines and communication lines
· Creation of detailed wiring diagrams and connection tables for the manufacturing department
