About the company
Established in 2015 (Heisei 27). This is a complex care facility combining a unit-type special nursing home for the elderly, unit-type short-stay, day service, dementia day service, and small-scale multi-function care.
Many foreign nationals are active here, including technical intern trainees and spouses of Japanese nationals. In addition, since elderly and disabled individuals work in care assistance roles, an environment has been created where care staff can focus on care duties.
This is a composite care facility with the following services: Small-scale multifunctional home-based long-term care (25 residents), Day service (25 residents), Dementia-type day service (12 residents), Unit-type short stay (29 residents), and Unit-type special nursing home for the elderly (29 residents), all within a 3-story building. We are looking for individuals to care for residents in the unit-type special nursing home (29 residents) and short stay (29 residents). We welcome applications from those raising children, those with gaps in their employment history, and those without nursing experience in a care facility.
