宅建士資格を活かし、外国人のお客様の賃貸契約について、審査可 決後から入居完了までの手続きを進める仕事です。 契約進行業務を主業務とし、入金確認、契約書類・必要書類の確認 、鍵の発送又は引渡し手配、入居案内、書類管理を行います。 宅地建物取引士として重要事項説明も担当しますが、重説専任では ありません。 営業職ではなく、物件提案や営業判断は別担当が行います。 外国語能力は必須ではありません。日本語で正確に確認・記録・説 明できる方を重視します。【変更範囲:変更なし】
