At Botejyu Yatai in Mitsui Outlet Park Iruma's food court, you will be responsible for all aspects of store operations and management.
- The work will primarily utilize your experience as a store manager. 【Main Job Duties】 ・PL management, inventory, and ordering ・Staff recruitment, training, and shift management ・Support for on-site tasks such as customer service and cooking ・Service improvement for customer satisfaction, liaison with headquarters, etc. ※There will be some simple cooking assistance, but specialized cooking skills are not required.
