[Annual holidays 124 days / Excellent training support system ◎ Abundant allowances ◎] Menix possesses the largest-scale design environment in the prefecture, and you will be responsible for duties related to the design of equipment for manufacturing semiconductors and machine tools at our company. [Specific duties] (Scope of changes to duties: No changes) Design, drafting, and modeling of equipment using specialized software ■System: Over 150 engineers are employed, and teams are formed for each project. ■Training system: For those with no experience or who have been out of the workforce, a training period of up to 3 months (training on basic technology and CAD) will be provided before assignment to a department. (After training, assignment is planned for a department within Shiga Prefecture.) We have created an environment where even those with no experience can start with peace of mind.
