Job description
Train watchers mainly perform safety duties at railway construction sites (monitoring trains, responding to users). After obtaining the qualification of Train Watcher, which is indispensable for JR-related construction, and gaining a certain amount of experience, you will be expected to aim for the higher-level qualification of Track Closure Supervisor. Note: There is no age limit for qualifications. [Track Closure Supervisor Previous Year Annual Income Record: 4,300,000 yen to 5,400,000 yen] Until you obtain the qualification, you will work as a trainee in traffic control. About the company
We conduct traffic control and parking lot security centered in Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Saitama. We also help employees acquire train platform watchman qualifications to work as railway safety personnel. Work assignments are made considering your residence and aptitude.
Employees in their 20s through 70s are active in this position. This is a workplace with many long-term employees.

- Personal car commuting is permitted only if approved by the company for your specific work site (if you use a personal car, you must secure your own parking. Transportation allowance is determined by company regulations)
