Job description
You will be responsible for passenger services for PEACH flights arriving and departing from New Chitose Airport (check-in, gate operations, etc.). This is a rewarding job supporting comfortable air travel by being attentive to customers.
- Approximately 1 month of training is provided, so beginners are welcome.
- Those who can actively communicate with foreign nationals are welcome; TOEIC scores, etc. are not required. (Scope of work: No change)

At Haneda Airport, we have grown as a partner company earning the deep trust of ANA. In October 2023, we established a new company at New Chitose Airport. We aim at the sustainable development of the ground handling business at New Chitose Airport.
Opening staff recruitment to undertake Peach passenger services, which have been handled by a group company of major airline ANA, from December. This is a wonderful job supporting customers' comfortable air travel through check-in services, gate services, etc. Since most of those who have already joined are inexperienced in the aviation industry, those without experience can apply with peace of mind. You can acquire ground staff duties through approximately 1 month of training and subsequent practical work. Our group currently handles international passenger services at Haneda Airport and is planning to expand international passenger services to New Chitose Airport. We look forward to hiring individuals who aim for significant personal growth together with our company, which aims for significant growth at New Chitose Airport.

- Commuting by private car: Parking must be secured by the individual → For those commuting by private car, a fixed amount of ¥20,000 + equivalent of gasoline costs will be provided (total upper limit ¥40,000.
