Job description
Would you like to create memorable moments for our customers through food? You will be responsible for all cooking duties at our restaurants, which offer Japanese, French, and Italian cuisine, among others. You will be involved in various tasks necessary to provide delicious food, from ordering and preparing ingredients to cooking, plating, preparing and washing dishes and equipment, and cleaning the kitchen. To deliver safe, secure, and delightful food to our customers, not only the skills of each chef but also teamwork among staff members are essential. Through your daily work, acquire cooking skills and knowledge of ingredients, and together with your colleagues, carefully create each dish and enhance our customers' special moments with your culinary creations. About the company
Restaurant management (6 stores total in Yokohama, Ikebukuro, Aoyama, and Shinjuku). Offering French, Italian, and Japanese cuisine. Primarily used for celebrations of companies, organizations, and families.
Stores are located in easily accessible areas of Tokyo and Yokohama. We actively conduct training such as workshops on Western cuisine, Japanese cuisine, and beverages, as well as study sessions for employees, including visits to production areas.

- The scope of potential transfers is within Tokyo (Toshima-ku, Shinjuku-ku, Shibuya-ku) and Yokohama, totaling 5 locations.
- Monthly workdays are determined by a shift system. After confirming desired days off, the shift schedule will be notified on the 25th of every month. (Minor adjustments may be made depending on reservation status.)
- Foreign nationals are required to have conversational Japanese ability.
