Job description
Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama / Chiba (near Tokyo) construction sites. Your job will be to safely guide pedestrians and vehicles. You can work from 1 day a week. The majority of our employees are inexperienced.
After receiving new employee training stipulated by law, you will be dispatched to the site. No qualifications or experience are necessary.
Please consult with us regarding days of the week. Saturday work is also available.

About the company
We are a security company certified by the Public Safety Commission. We conduct a wide range of services, mainly traffic control security at construction sites and road construction, train monitoring for railway construction, and event/facility security.
Daily wage paid in full even on days when work finishes early. Direct travel to/from site is OK. Shift schedules are self-reported. In a multinational team where approximately 50% of staff are foreign nationals who can use English, seniors and women are also active. The company also supports obtaining qualifications.
FAIR Security Co., Ltd. is a security company that primarily conducts traffic guidance, facility security, and event security in Tokyo and Kanagawa. Certified by the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Security Commission, No. 3. We undertake approximately 2,000 sites annually.
[Full Daily Wage Even if Work Finishes Early]
Depending on the progress of construction, there may be days when the site finishes earlier than scheduled. On such days, your daily wage will not be reduced and will be paid in full. It does not mean that "today's wage will be reduced because work finished early."
[What Kind of People Work Here]
We have approximately 60 security guards. About half of them are foreign nationals, and the average age is 40. Most started with no prior experience.
[For First-Timers]
After joining the company, you will receive legally mandated new employee training before being assigned to a site. Seniors will teach you step-by-step on-site how to hold a flag and how to communicate. You can work from 1 day a week. Transportation costs are half covered by the company.
