御殿場プレミアムアウトレット内フードコート【静岡ご当地グルメ 屋台】にて、店舗運営・マネジメント全般をお任せします。 ・ＰＬ管理、在庫・発注 ・スタッフの採用・教育・シフト管理 ・接客・調理などの現場業務フォロー ・お客様満足度向上のためのサービス改善、本部との連携など

• ※簡単な調理補助がありますが、専門的な調理スキルは不要です。 業務はデジタル化が進んでおり、働きやすい環境を整備、外国籍ス タッフも多く、グローバルな職場です。

Training system available for non-full-time employees. Training content: CS training, video training, workplace rules training.

Required experience, knowledge, and skills: Store manager, restaurant manager, food court manager

• ●特定技能労働者の研修に関しては、関西国際空港店で３ヶ月程度 実施、その後配属店舗が決定します。
