We are stably growing as a cleaning factory for "Tomoya Co., Ltd.," which leases linens to accommodation facilities, medical facilities, and industries.
In Nagano Prefecture, we have the Matsumoto Factory, the Matsukawa Factory, and the Hakuba Sales Office. We provide rental services for items used in accommodations such as hotels, inns, hospitals, and welfare facilities, including sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, and yukata, gowns, and patient gowns worn within the facilities. We collect the used items, clean them using large washing machines and dryers at the factory, and then finish them using ironing machines and folding machines. Our job is to deliver the finished products to our customers. At the factory, people of a wide range of ages from their teens to their seventies are working. Approximately 70% of the employees are women, and many foreign nationals from China, the Philippines, Vietnam, and other countries are also working here. As we are a company of the Tomoe-ya Group, which specializes in cleaning, our employees can have their clothes, suits, etc., cleaned at half the store price. It is convenient as you can hand over items directly at the company without having to go to a cleaning store. The majority of the jobs in our company do not require special knowledge or experience, so we would be delighted if you are interested and apply.
