[Full-time employment conversion record: 9 people from FY2024 to FY2025] This is a job as a machine operator for product processing at a small metal parts manufacturer for automobile components. Your main duties will be routine work within the factory, such as operating NC lathes (a type of cutting process that shapes metal by shaving it), measuring product dimensions, and transporting materials. There are two shifts: day and night. Night shift allowance is also provided, making it recommended for those who want to earn well. Training program available for non-regular employees. Training program content: After joining, you will first receive 4 types of induction training. (Company overview, employment rules/quality/safety/measuring instruments/appearance inspection) Then, over 1 year, training is conducted in 3 sessions regarding company information and safety.
