You will be in charge of all aspects of operating a minpaku (short-term lodging) facility.
Currently under renovation, scheduled to open in mid-August 2026.
You can be involved from opening preparations to operations.
We will carefully support those with no prior experience.
We welcome individuals who understand the characteristics of the accommodation industry and can respond flexibly.

About the company
We operate an accommodation facility in the Nijo Castle area of Kyoto.
We are currently in the preparation phase for opening, and are proceeding with property development.
We will provide accommodation services for domestic and international travelers.
We handle properties in a prime location around Nijo Castle.
You can work with a high degree of discretion at our growing company.
We aim to provide multilingual hospitality experiences.
Our company operates guesthouses in Kyoto.
A facility currently undergoing renovation is scheduled to open in August 2026.
We are looking for someone to join us in managing everything from the facility's launch to its operation.
The role is primarily remote work, handling accommodation reservation management and guest information.
When a reservation is made, you will be required to come to the site for guest check-in guidance and check-out confirmation.
Due to the nature of the accommodation industry, there will be responsibilities on holidays and outside of regular hours, but you can flexibly take time off after prior consultation.
We will provide thorough support even if you have no prior experience in the industry, so please do not worry.
