ガソリンスタンドは西濃・岐阜に８店舗、指定工場１店舗運営。 異動はありますが、引っ越しを伴う転勤はありません。 親睦会旅行（春）ボウリング大会（秋）など開催し、スタッフ同士 の交流を図っています。 ・未経験者でも、イチから指導します。 ・賃金は、年齢及び経験により決定します。 ・昇進は、仕事の評価と本人のやる気で決まります。 ・２０代での役職社員を多数輩出しています。 ・自動車運転免許ＡＴ限定の方は入社後に限定解除の支援します。 ・社員割引制度があります。（オイル・洗車・車検など） ・計画年休５日を含めると、年間休日数は１１０日になります。
