酒々井プレミアムアウトレット内フードコート【ぼてぢゅう屋台】 にて、店舗運営・マネジメント全般をお任せします。
- 簡単な調理補助がありますが、専門的な調理スキルは不要です。 ・ＰＬ管理、在庫・発注 ・スタッフの採用・教育・シフト管理 ・接客・調理などの現場業務フォロー ・お客様満足度向上のためのサービス改善、本部との連携など
- 店長経験を活かせる業務が中心です。 業務はデジタル化が進んでおり、働きやすい環境を整備、外国籍ス タッフも多く、グローバルな職場です。
