About the company

A Japanese inn located in a quiet area of a hot spring resort town. The entire building was renovated in 2003, so the guest rooms, baths, and lobby are all clean. The lobby and hallways are entirely floored with tatami mats.
This is a traditional Japanese inn that values heartfelt hospitality so that our guests can have a memorable time.
We are currently looking for kitchen staff to support the inn's meals. You will be responsible for all cooking duties, from preparing ingredients to cooking and plating. You can acquire skills and knowledge in Japanese cuisine through dishes that utilize seasonal and local ingredients.
Those with cooking experience are preferred. Beginners are also welcome, and senior staff will provide thorough guidance, so you can start working with peace of mind.
We are looking for people who love cooking, want to acquire cooking skills, and want to do work that makes customers happy. Wouldn't you like to work together on a rewarding job where you can make customers smile with the food you create?
