Job description
- 主にビニールハウス内でのシシトウ栽培に関する作業です。 ・手摘み収穫作業（ハサミは使いません） ・選果やその他作業
- 軽作業ですが、ある程度の作業スピードが必要となります。
- 農業初心者でも指導しながら作業を行っていただきます。
- 立ち仕事、しゃがみ仕事です。
- 現在、２０代～６０代の方が活躍していただいています。
- 日本語学習中の外国人の方も在籍しています。
- 日本語のフォローも行っています。
- 障害者の方の就労も相談に応じます。 業務変更範囲：変更なし

夏作、冬作シシトウをビニールハウスで年間栽培しています。 （夏用のハウス、冬用のハウスがあります）
化学農薬の使用量を減らしたエコシステム栽培を行っています。 外国籍の就業実績があり、日本語を勉強中の方でも仕事してもらっ ています。
