About the company
As a supervising organization and a designated supporting organization, we provide acceptance support for Technical Intern Trainees and Specified Skilled Workers nationwide.
Approximately half of the staff are foreign nationals. While improvement of English proficiency is also encouraged, all foreign national staff possess Japanese language ability of JLPT N2 or higher, and the common language within the cooperative is Japanese.
As a supervising organization and registered support organization, we support foreign human resources for Technical Intern Training and Specified Skilled Worker programs nationwide. This recruitment is for a job at our Shin-Yokohama Headquarters, supporting the acceptance of foreign human resources through audits, document creation, and coordination with companies. It is a rewarding job that supports Japanese workplaces while being of service to people from overseas.
