Job description
Won't you create memorable times for our customers through high-quality hospitality? You will be in charge of all customer service and service operations at our restaurants, which offer Japanese, French, and Italian cuisine, among others. Duties include welcoming and seating customers, serving food and drinks, taking orders, setting tables, and seeing customers off. In addition to providing set services, an important part of the job is to understand customers' feelings from their expressions and words and to consider appropriate hospitality for the occasion. About the company
Restaurant management (6 stores total in Yokohama, Ikebukuro, Aoyama, and Shinjuku). Offering French, Italian, and Japanese cuisine. Primarily used for celebrations of companies, organizations, and families.
Stores are located in easily accessible areas of Tokyo and Yokohama. We actively conduct training such as workshops on Western cuisine, Japanese cuisine, and beverages, as well as study sessions for employees, including visits to production areas.
