Job description
You will be in charge of operational monitoring work at a system monitoring center. This is a position that supports the stable operation of systems that operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You will be responsible for alert monitoring, initial incident response, escalation response, and various reporting tasks. This is also a recommended opportunity for those who want to become infrastructure engineers from an inexperienced field. Please feel free to apply or inquire.
