About the company
Since our founding, we have offered Chinese cuisine loved by Japanese people with the same passion. We operate Restaurant Tsukitoku within Itoigawa Country Club.
With the spirit of the Gekko Hanten Group's management philosophy, "Everything is for our customers. We will do our best for our customers' smiles. We will continue to offer better things for less," we provide energizing meals that are closely connected to the community.
Working at a golf course restaurant is a little different from working at a general restaurant, and the appeal is being able to work in a relatively calm atmosphere. Also, since there are many regular customers, the menu changes frequently, allowing you to develop and master various dishes. The menu covers all genres: Japanese, Western, and Chinese. Instead of starting as an apprentice, you will be cooking immediately after joining the company, so there are many opportunities for growth. For evening shifts, you will be responsible for noodle making, gyoza filling, and wrapper making at Gekko Hanten. There are few environments where you can learn to make Chinese noodles and gyoza, and you can acquire skills that will broaden your future career possibilities.
