外国人のお客様からの賃貸住宅に関する問い合わせに対して LINE・SNS・メール等で初期対応を行います。 外国語能力は必須ではありません。翻訳ツールを使用し、 日本語で正確に確認・記録・報告できる方を重視します。 希望条件、入居時期、予算、勤務先、在留資格等を確認し、 内容を整理して営業担当へ引き継ぐ仕事です。 物件提案や契約手続きは別担当が行います。 速く正確な返信、漏れのない確認、丁寧な記録が重要です。
