Job description
Implementation and management of operational procedures and safety standards, customer service, product, sales, and profit management, inventory management, quality control of stored goods, ordering, order assistance, cash management, employee education, interviews, and guidance, understanding and coordinating task priorities. Prompt customer response. Comprehensive management including facility and site improvements, complaint handling, and sales promotion planning. Other related and incidental duties. (Scope of change: Within the scope of the job definition as per Appendix 1 of the labor agreement with various organizations) *This position is subject to the "Rating Standards Based on Sales Amount" regulation. Required experience, knowledge, skills, etc. Must be able to handle US currency. Must be able to supervise subordinates, assign tasks, and provide training. Knowledge of restaurant operations, basic food hygiene, and personal hygiene. Knowledge of customer service theory and practice.
English language proficiency: LAD Level 2 (see special notes) – Required. Ordinary automobile driver's license required (AT (automatic transmission) only accepted).
