Job description
Develop lesson plans based on a prescribed curriculum, teach subjects appropriate for grade levels and courses, evaluate, record, and provide accurate feedback to parents and students. Efficiently communicate with students, parents, teachers, and the community; handle parent interactions, collaborate with specialized staff, prepare teaching materials, translate, and conduct field trips and Japanese cultural exchanges. Create and implement school events and programs. Provide interpretation for visitors and perform other related and incidental duties. (Scope of change: Within the scope of the Job Definition in Appendix 1 of the Basic Labor Agreement) * A teaching license or passing the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test is a mandatory requirement. * Mid-term deadline: July 7 * For mail submissions, must arrive at the reception desk by 17:00 on the deadline. * The introduction deadline will be the labor management reception deadline.

Required experience, knowledge, skills, etc. Required: Knowledge of Japanese language, Japanese culture, history, customs, etc. Teacher experience of 1 year or less. Knowledge of educational concepts, teaching methods, and student guidance techniques. Ability to create lesson plans and adapt to various levels.
English language proficiency LPL Grade 3 (see special notes) Required Valid driver's license required (AT-exclusive vehicles permitted)
