We are a company that provides recruitment, dispatch, and contract services to connect enterprises in need of human resources with foreign workers who want to work in Japan. In 2021, we served as an Olympic Partner and participated in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
The HRC Group, which operates human resources services and outsourcing businesses, is launching a new construction contracting business. With this new business launch, we aim to first obtain construction industry permits for "Scaffolding and Earthwork Contracting" and "Interior Finishing Contracting." Therefore, we are seeking individuals who can play a vital role as both a "Construction Manager" and a "Full-time Technician," forming the core and foundation of our business. This is the perfect environment for those who have "completely retired from physically demanding site work" and wish to "work stably and reasonably in an office setting, leveraging their extensive knowledge and qualifications." Please lend your career experience to our new challenge. We sincerely await your application.
