土木工事の現場業務全般を行う現場作業員を大募集しております！ 在籍している外国人人材を現場に連れていき、働く上での心構え、 マナーを指導をする際人生経験のある「あなた」の力が必要です。
- 外国籍の方も共通語は日本語ですので、ご安心ください。 〇各現場３～５名一組となり、その一人として作業します。
- 外国人人材の現場での業務サポート 〇作業手元（職長の指示に従い作業を行います。） 〇資材運搬助手（ユニックで運搬、手運搬、トラック運搬等） 〇冬場は除排雪業務もしくは現場での作業です。
- ６５歳以上の方も歓迎！定年退職後に未経験で働いているシニア の方が多くいます。年齢よりも「実力と人間力」で評価される 環境です。【変更範囲：変更なし】

Since our establishment in 1986, we have played our part in various construction projects throughout Hokkaido as a specialized company in rebar and earthwork. Our main work includes assembling and dismantling temporary scaffolding, as well as light tasks such as site cleanup and sweeping, so even those who are uneasy about heavy labor or work at heights have an enriching work environment. Our employees range in age from the 20s to the 60s, and particularly our senior staff in their 40s and beyond possess abundant experience and support the growth of younger employees. Since 2016, when we first hired 2 foreign technical trainees, we now have 17 nationalities working together, including Japanese employees, overcoming language and cultural barriers and supporting one another. Furthermore, we actively provide opportunities for elementary and middle school students in neighboring areas to interact with foreign workers, and carry out initiatives such as occupational talks and career experiences, bringing the construction industry closer to them and enriching the futures of children. Looking forward, we are committed to becoming a company that embraces diverse values and multiculturalism, and will continue to contribute to both the regional and international community.
