*We arrange shifts through consultation with each employee, taking their individual circumstances into account so they can work comfortably.
This facility started in September 2024. The number of users will also start small, so it is an environment where those who are new to the job can easily get used to it. Work is on a complete shift system, and the following month's shift is decided around the 20th of the month, so if you declare your desired days off in advance, you can take days off relatively freely. Double work is also welcome.
