At Tatta, with the goal of "symbiosis," we operate three businesses within the same building: a housing-type paid elderly care home, daily life support, and community-based visiting care. Foreign staff are also active, creating a bright and warm workplace where both users and staff naturally smile.
- Engaged in daily life support services for persons with disabilities and the elderly, based on plans formulated by the support manager. (Support for meals, excretion, bathing, hospital visits, etc., general daily life support, and other related tasks)
- Working hours: Shift work (1) to (2), other working hours available
- Transfer to other facilities within the corporation (facilities for children/adults with disabilities and the elderly) is possible
