About the company
We dispatch home care workers to the homes of people with disabilities in Tokyo, primarily providing physical and daily living assistance as well as communication support. We also actively provide medical care.

We visit the homes of users who require medical care, such as those with ALS, and support their daily lives.
The specialized skills needed for sputum suction can be acquired after joining the company.
After joining the company, you will first work as a care staff member, focusing on field operations.
After that, as a candidate for manager, you will gain experience in management tasks.

This is a position where you will be involved in creating reliable services by developing and supporting staff, and by interacting with users and their families.
