We provide support to improve the abilities of children with disabilities or children with behavioral concerns residing in Aoki Village, including ability improvement training.

Required experience, knowledge, skills, etc. (preferred if available): Experience supporting children with disabilities
Licenses/Certifications: Certified Childcare Worker (Required). Must possess one of the following qualifications or equivalent work experience: Certified Childcare Worker, Childcare Instructor, or equivalent. Driver's License (for AT vehicles only) (Required).
About the company
This is a facility that provides therapeutic guidance for children with disabilities around Aoki Village, proposing training and measures to help them live together with their families in the community.
Aoki Village Nursery School and Elementary School cooperate with the Board of Education to create a team that implements early detection and early intervention, and provide community life support.
We value collaboration with families and walk hand-in-hand with them, offering suggestions for at-home training, for example.
Regular training sessions are conducted. It is an environment where you can learn specialized knowledge from seniors and steadily improve your skills.

We do not require practical experience if you have the passion to "help children" and meet the qualifications. Our specialized staff will provide solid backup.
