外国人のお客様の賃貸住宅探しを担当する営業職です。 初期対応担当から引き継がれたお客様に対し、希望条件の確認、物 件検索、管理会社への空室・条件確認、物件提案、申込取得、審査 可決までを進めます。条件が難しい場合は、エリア・家賃・初期費 用等の代替案を提示し、申込まで前に進めます。 外国語能力は必須ではありません。翻訳ツールを使用し、日本語で 正確に確認・記録・報告できる方を重視します。 契約書類、入金確認、鍵、入居案内等は別担当が行います。
